These Terms of Use govern access to The Danish Pastry House website and the private Danish Pastry House n8n Integration operated by The Danish Pastry House LLC (“The Danish Pastry House,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Internal Application
The Danish Pastry House n8n Integration is a private business application available only to personnel and service providers authorized by The Danish Pastry House. It assists with processing customer orders and synchronizing authorized information with QuickBooks Online.
The integration is not offered or licensed as a public software product.
Authorized Use
Authorized users may use the integration only for legitimate business activities of The Danish Pastry House, including:
- Processing customer orders
- Maintaining customer and product records
- Matching order requests to approved products
- Preparing and reviewing accounting transactions
- Synchronizing authorized information with QuickBooks Online
Access credentials must be protected and may not be shared with unauthorized persons.
Prohibited Use
Users may not:
- Access the integration without authorization
- Use it for unlawful, fraudulent, or unrelated purposes
- Attempt to bypass its security controls
- Access, copy, or disclose information beyond what is required for authorized work
- Interfere with the operation of the website, integration, or connected services
Customer Orders
Order requests are subject to availability, pricing, confirmation, and acceptance by The Danish Pastry House. Information produced by automated systems may be reviewed and corrected by authorized personnel before an order or accounting transaction is finalized.
Privacy and Data
Our collection and use of information are described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
The website and integration may interact with third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, n8n, Supabase, OpenAI, email providers, and website-hosting providers. Use of those services may also be governed by their respective terms and policies.
We are not responsible for interruptions or changes caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Ownership
The website, integration, branding, content, and associated materials are owned by or licensed to The Danish Pastry House LLC. No ownership rights are transferred under these Terms.
Disclaimer
The website and internal integration are provided on an “as available” basis. While we take reasonable steps to maintain accurate and reliable operations, we do not guarantee that the systems will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
